In this Multaqo, We convey the Taushiyah as follows:
That Islam is a perfect religion and the only religion blessed by Allah Almighty, as His word:

اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتى ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا
“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My
favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.” (QS. Al
Maidah: 3)
That the Khilafah is part of Islamic teachings; the law of
enforcement is mandatory; while preventing, threatening, criminalizing
and persecuting the efforts to struggle for it, is a munkar.
That the people, groups, worshipers or organizations that fight for
the Khilafah are the people, groups, worshipers or organizations that
run the religion, therefore they should not be prevented, threatened,
criminalized and persecuted.
That, We, the Ulama, Scholars and Habaaib will always be with the
bearers of Islamic da’wah, defend them, including the bearers of da’wah
to uphold the Khilafah
And regarding to the development of the situation, we express our attitude:
Condemn anyone who criminalizes the teachings of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama’ah, the Khilafah.

Anyone who prevents, threatens, intimidates and persecutes the
people, groups or worshipers who fight for the Shari’ah and the
Khilafah, are the righteous people.
We, the Ulama, Scholars and Habaaib, will always be together and defend the people, groups, worshipers or organizations that fight for the Khilafah.

Therefore, We, the Ulama, Scholars and Habaaib in the multaqo of the Ahlus Sunnah Ulama Wal Jama’ah called on:
The Ummah should keep guarding the Islamic brotherhood, do not easily be pitted against one another.

The Ummah should be aware of various efforts that will endanger Islam
and the Muslims; the development of the notion of secularism, pluralism,
liberalism, socialism and communism.
The Ummah should be aware of the possibility of colonialism, Chinese and foreign colonization of Indonesia.

The Ummah should remain in their own agenda, who has goals and
activities for themselves in the struggle for elevating the sentence of
Allah and maintaining the glory of Islam and the Muslims.
Urging that the government and its apparatus – starting from the central
government to the village level -, to be trustworthy, honest and fair
in holding and carrying out their duties to serve the people.
عن أبى ذر قال قلت يا رسول الله ألا تستعملني قال فضرب بيده على منكبى
ثم قال يا أبا ذر إنك ضعيف وإنها أمانة وإنها يوم القيامة خزي وندامة إلا
من أخذها بخقها وأدى الذى عليه فيها
It was narrated that Abu Dharr said: I said: “O Messenger of Allah,
will you not appoint me (to a position of authority)?” He struck me on
the shoulder with his hand and said: “O Abu Dharr, you are weak and it
is a trust, and on the Day of Resurrection it will be a source of
humiliation and regret, except for the one who takes it and fulfils all
obligations and does all duties required.”
